Our removal services are not pre-packaged; they are custom built for you on a case by case basis. You can book a removal service by first filling out the quote request form (QR1). We can also do this form you if you book by phone. Just click the BBB; the Big Blue Button" that's at the top of every page or call us on 07907 120 820.
Whether done by phone or online, it is during this process you can provide all the info we need from weight, to acess and distence. When we have reviewed your job requirments, and provided of course there is nothing that might cause us to refuse such as illeagal substences, flamable liquids, or lifestock, we will send you a quote which will include a unique indentifier called a Unique Quotation Number or "UQN".
Once you have received your UQN, you can book your service day(s) online or by phone and our specialsed team will arrive on a day and at a time that suits you.
Yes.
Though not exhaustive, there is a list of things we won't or can't take on the website, listed in the details page for every type of service. These include but are not limited to flamable substences such as fuel or gas bottles, live animals, and illegal substences.
The vast majority of things however we are more than happy to move so long as it fits in our biggest 7.5 tonne lorry.

In the unlikely event that your belongings are damaged during the move, we offer comprehensive insurance coverage of upto £50,000 per vehicle.
Please report any damages immediately to our team, and we will assist you with the claims process.
