We offer individualised pricing for every job but we still want to be as transparent as possible so you know what to expect. What's why we've come up with a few theoretical examples of customers and what we would charge based on their needs.

Scenario 1: Studio Flat - 1 Bed
Example: Mr and Mrs Johnson
Newly married and ready to grow their family, Mr and Mrs Johnson are moving from a cosy studio flat into a one-bedroom place. Most of their packing is already done, and a lift is available in their current building. With just the essentials — a bed, sofa, TV, and a few kitchen bits — the move is local, under 20 miles. They also book our Home & Office Removals and Waste Disposal services to help get rid of old boxes and leftover packing materials afterwards.
Estimated Cost: £495–£700

Scenario 2: House - 1 to 2 Bedrooms
Example: Claire R.
Claire is moving from her one-bedroom flat to a two-bedroom house so her daughter can finally have her own room. She’s done a good chunk of the packing herself but asked us to dismantle the bed and dining table. The new place has easy street parking, but her current flat is up a flight of stairs without a lift. With a handful of appliances and a few sentimental keepsakes, Claire opts for our Home & Office Removals service plus our Dismantling and Rebuilding service for the beds.
Estimated Cost: £700–£800
Scenario 3 - Dream Home & Workshop Move
Example: Martin and Yasmin
After years in their 3-bedroom semi, Martin and Yasmin are finally moving into their dream home. With three kids, the house is full — bunk beds, bikes, wardrobes, a piano, and even a garden shed to come along. Martin also has a workshop with a number of bench tools in the garage that also need to be moved. The new place is 30 miles away and access is tight, so it’s a two-van job.
They’ve packed some rooms themselves but left the kitchen and bedrooms to us. They've also requested reassembly of larger furniture and waste disposal after the move.
Estimated Cost: £1,200–£1,900

Scenario 4 - Large Family
Example: The Hughes Household
The Hughes family are moving out of a large detached home they've lived in for over 15 years. With a home office, guest suite, full garage, and a garden workshop, the job is extensive. Several items are oversized or fragile — including gym equipment and antique heirlooms. They're heading to a new build 60 miles away. We’re handling everything: dismantling, packing, furniture protection, and multiple oversized items. It's a big move, but with good planning and access, it's all in a day's work.
